This wine perhaps of simple structure will complement any pasta dish, pizza and BBQ red meat.
The weather is getting warmer and I suggest this great value "Cotes de Ventoux" appelation for these informal meals.

This is a clean blend of Bourboulenc, Grenache Blanc, Ugni Blanc and Roussanne. The slight sensation of sweetness come from the fruit complexity. However this wine is dry with a clean acidity.
Great with grilled fish, most Mediterranean cuisine or as an aperitif.
Serve chilled but not too cold....

The Genache and Cinsault traits are evident in this dry Rose.
You can sense the "Terroir" with a slight aura of the South of France herbs. The Syrah gives it its body.
A great picnic wine or for a late lunch out in the back yard paired with braised lamb or BBQ salmon... Don't forget the olives!...
